I loved these videos of Jennifer Kries Pilates and yoga, but I do "not I'm sure if they are appropriate for me now that I'm pregnant in the 2nd quarter (I'm nervous to do the job much ABS). Someone recommendations of movies that have tried and are a little energizing? Thanks: O) for the free zone, you make me laugh! I'm a disaster in yoga, but I started taking a yoga class to maintain the pregnancy form. I have 20 weeks of pregnancy at this time. The coach is very experienced (and the only one in our small town), but I doubt that some of the things that make us do. My main concern is that it takes ten or fifteen minutes of exercise on their backs, including very uncomfortable when we lift our hips on the floor, keeping your shoulders on the floor. Am I right in thinking that this woman is leading us to not move at risk? Or Am I just paranoid?

I made a video prenatal yoga four times a week and take a walk every night my boyfriend. * And the doctor always says I'm slow in my weight gain * I wonder what other women are pregnant. =]

It's great that you are exercise during pregnancy! I am a year-a-holic (if such a thing!). My gynecologist recently introduced restrictions on my workout routine that not much weight gain as expected I lost over 10 kg and have won four in back, not too worried, but he cut me on my exercise. I am a cardio dance DVD five days a week for 30-40 minutes in the morning, I love to dance, does not even seem like exercise. I do stretching / toning exercises in the middle of the morning and my children involved and I'm trying to teach healthy habits! I can do with my husband in our weight weight workout station after the children go home bed. I had to cut 30 minutes of the elliptical I do after dinner my gynecologist. I to maintain my exercise program during pregnancy so that I can support the weight a little easier and soon after birth. Keep up the good work, girl! And do not worry about winning "too much" weight, a friend of mine gained about 60 pounds with her first pregnancy and was able to take everything and some in the eight months of confinement. Just eat healthy, I'm sure it is doing and keep your exercise routine and it's great!

OK, I know some of us had dreams that when we were pregnant, we would spend the whole 9 months reclining (gracefully!) on the sofa while someone brought us bowls of ice-cream and chocolate biscuits, and massaged our very slightly swollen but still elegant-looking feet.
