Pregnancy in video games – your opinions!?

I read an article yesterday about pregnancy in video games. It was interesting to see how the games they mentioned all interrupt pregnancy differently. By far, the Sims2 has showcased pregnancy the best, while others, like Harvest Moon, avoid the morning sickness and the growing ‘bump’, and everything else that comes with being a mother-to-be.

I am 3 1/2 months pregnant. I got the ok from my doctor today, yoga is safe for me now. What is a good video, or who is a good instructor rather? I dont want to spend a fortune, I just want a vidoe that will keep me fit and healthy for my baby:) Any suggestions?

why did you start to feel really hungry during pregnancy?

i have been having unprotected sex and havent had a period yet due in 3 days. but last week or so i just want to eat all the time. i usually only have 1 main meal a day with small snacks in between as im not a person who gets hungry much or eats much but lately i have been so hungry and eating all time!

Being really hungry can definitely be a pregnancy symptom before a missed period! All the women in my family had this symptom and then missed their period. My mom said this is how she knew she was pregnant.

The thing is though, it can be PMS also. I get really hungry when I PMS. But since it seems like this isn’t a normal PMS symptom for you then it could possibly be a pregnancy symptom!

If you go buy a book of yoga? What would the best Yoga book to buy? If you visit the local library, see hundreds of yoga books, CD's, DVD's games and card kits. Should You Buy A copy of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali or purchase one of the "For Dummies" books of yoga?

First you must realize there are many styles of yoga. There are nine main styles of yoga, more styles are available as well as numerous sub-styles. The nine main styles of Yoga are Bhakti, Hatha, Jnana, Karma, Kundalini, Mantra, Raja, Tantra and Yantra Yoga. Each style emphasizes unity of body, mind and spirit.

The literal Yoga is "union" or "unity." If we are able to unify body, mind and spirit in harmony, we can achieve peace. An important goal of yoga is peace through a improved health through a holistic approach to life.

India is the birthplace of yoga. There are many books on yoga, but the origin of Yoga goes back thousands of years. Yoga is the "mother" Most of the systems for the maintenance of world health. Asian martial arts that originated in the Shaolin Temple, and Pilates, can trace their ancestors to Yoga.

The forms "superior Yoga" would Bhakti, Jnana, Karma, and Raja Yoga. Each of these four styles is a complex issue in themselves, and I can not do justice with a summary.

Hatha Yoga sub-styles are more prolific outside India. Most new doctors Hatha Yoga Yoga learn a first sub-style. Hatha Yoga and its many sub-styles, mainly focused on physical health, which is likely to improve mental health. Most Hatha Yoga, outside India, do not approach the spiritual health.

However, Hatha Yoga is seen by fundamentalists as an "export" of Hinduism. In rare cases, this may be true, but most of Hatha yoga teachers teach content to a healthier body and mind.

Therefore, choosing a book, or a local yoga teacher, be aware that the yoga teacher or Guru is a guide – but you are entitled to know where you are facing a. The practitioner learn yoga develop their minds and make independent decisions "on the road."

Yoga is free from threats to religion. If an instructor teaches yoga intolerance of any kind not yoga. The unit is not fanaticism. We must learn to appreciate diversity, and we should not tolerate prejudice. Prejudice and intolerance are often the cause of crime and war.

On a scale of "Great", the goal of yoga is to achieve peace through unity.
