I’m 35 weeks pregnant and EVERYTHING is swelling up. Is there anything I can do to reduce the swelling?

In the past couple of days my rings have been too tight around my fingers and I haven’t been able to fit onto my old dress shoes. My face has swelled up too. I’ve enjoyed pregnancy up until now, I feel quite crappy. Does anyone have advice about what I can do to help take down the swelling in my face, fingers, ankles, and feet?
