Birth of CD?
Has anyone used a CD for relaxation during pregnancy and labor to help in the treatment of pain? Looked a little, but really prefer not to buy online without having to hear first or knowing that someone is helpful. I am looking for a CD that can be used for meditation and relaxation for the rest of my pregnancy and childbirth even with a soft voice training in breathing and others. Suggestions?
I did with my two pregnancies. I had my first course 40 minutes in the hospital with nothing and no pain. I was very relaxed, I fell asleep in transition on the way to hospital. With my second I was in the hospital for a total of nine minutes and had a little – my husband did. Anxiety and pregnancy, what is the safest way for treatment?
I know all the techniques of meditation, breathing, music, visual … I had a lot about recent events and had a history of anxiety, but was able to manage my own all these years until now. When in my pregnancy my baby can hear my voice?
I can not wait to talk to my baby and I know I can listen. I also want put a helmet on my stomach and has music.
As for me, I'm an idiot. I have always spoken or sung my baby and rubbed my belly, since I discovered I was pregnant. Just something that comes naturally to me. But of course I read it, say for 4-5 months, you can hear (I'm sure that sounds like adults in Charlie Brown .. lol). But when I was about four months, I would be reading, but would have a helmet on my belly with the music. : D As I said, I'm an idiot:) I'm on vacation now and it's so awesome when my child reacts when he hears my voice and sing to me.
