when I was pregnant with my first, I worked as a technician pharmacy. When I found out, I told a friend of mine with whom I worked, only discovered she was pregnant too! We were so excited. then seemed that every month another girl became pregnant. more than half of our staff the pharmacy was pregnant, one of pharmacists. 6 of us in total. it was crazy and fun. was the joke shop does not drink water from the pharmacy. and when everything started to show customers thought it was funny! funny stories? you know what is even more fun, I saw one girl in the hospital when he was going to be induced, and she has her child the day before! it was crazy!

I’ve read couple of pregnancy eBooks and Pregnancy Without Pounds looks like the most established one because of it’s superior web design, consistent theme throughout all it’s media and it seems to have been on the top selling charts of Clickbank for a long time. Pregnancy Without Pounds comes in 4 parts. The first part is a 90 page eBook, the second part is a 17 page exercise manual with detailed photos and instructions on the exercise you can do during your pregnancy. The last 2 parts are Excel spreadsheets for keeping track of your exercise activity and weight gain.
Michelle Moss has 15 years of experience as a Health and Nutrition Coach, a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition, a Personal Training Certificate and a Psychology Degree. She knows what she is talking about and she writes in an easy to read and understand manner.

This eBook took me over an hour to complete because of the in depth content in this book. Michelle did a great job covering all the issues that a pregnant woman would have to face during her pregnancy.
In chapter 1, Michelle describes a few creative ways you can avoid feeling guilty about your weight gain. Once you know how much fat you should be putting on with the weight gain chart, you will know how much of your weight gain is normal and how much of it is excess fat. She also lets you get a rough idea on where you will be putting on weight for your body type and what to eat for your body type to stay healthy.
Most people think of pregnancy as a time in your life when you becoming uglier. Michelle lists the “Top 10 Physical Bonuses of Pregnancy” in chapter 2 to make all the pain and suffering sound like they are good trade for being pregnant. You should be able to get over most if not all of the issues listed in this chapter with the tips provided.
Chapter 3 is all about pregnancy exercises. There are a lot of useful tips on what to do, what not to do to ensure you get a good workout without harming yourself or your baby’s health. The problem with this chapter is it does not seem to have pictures. Then I found out all the pictures are in the 17 page exercise manual. This is quite a good idea because it is more convenient to refer to the exercise manual in a separate file instead of flipping the chapter 3. There 3 workouts you can choose from – Tired Mama, Moderate Mama and Fit Mama. Your choice of workout will depend on your fitness level and mood. Michelle does not expect you to follow a rigid workout plan so you will have the freedom to do as much or as little exercise you want.
You will learn what you should eat, what you must avoid and how to deal with your food cravings in chapter 4. I had no idea I only require a small amount of extra calories per day to support a health pregnancy. There is not excuse use your pregnancy as a chance to pig out and eat anything you want.
Michelle wants you to look and feel great during pregnancy. You will discover how to dress right for your body type and how to shop for pregnancy clothes in chapter 5. You may experience some physical problems during your pregnancy like pregnancy acne, dry skin, stretch marks, cellulite, sagging breasts and so on. Michelle does a good job on explaining how to deal with all the problems above.
The last chapter is about labor. This is a very short chapter and I find it very hard to make myself believe labor isn’t painful as Michelle is trying to tell us to let go of the idea that labor is a painful process.
Conclusion
Pregnancy Without Pounds is not about “how to get pregnant” or “how to lose your pregnancy weight” but more like “how to have a pleasant pregnancy and look great during pregnancy” guide. I highly recommend Pregnancy Without Pounds if you would like to learn how you can avoid putting on too much weight and stay beautiful during pregnancy.

well. my mind is confuddled,
i was getting ready to go out, and hairsprayed my hair, wasnt untill id used loads i realised it was deoderant!
iv had so many arguments with people in town, i popped out to get myself some dinner and i shouted at 2 men in the space of 5minutes lol.
this was about a month or so ago
the 1st, i was parking on the side of the road and every car was passing me no problem then this 1 man (about 60ish) slammed his brakes on and beeped at me whilst pointing, normally i would have ignored him but i ended up out of my window shouting ‘how much f*cking room do u want?’ then i made a few gestures!!!
then i just popped over the road to the chippy so i thought oh ill just put the alarm on save locking the door
no soon as i entered the alarm went off, well i was the only 1 in there so i ran out as soon as i could,
i reached my car and htis man in his sandwich shop felt the need to lean out with tut and say ‘its about time’
well i told him ‘ what the f*ck do u expect me 2 do?’ i mean should i have ran out of the shop whilst being served for the sake of 30 seconds??
imagine running across the road with half wrapped chips! flying everywhere…
i mean this was in the middle of a busy town centre??
i then got in my car very irriatated and huffed anf tutted up the road.

Pregnancy Test question?
Have any of you tested with a first reponse early detection and gotten a negative and then tested with another brand the same day and gotten a positive…I just tested with first response early result and got a negative…I was thinkig about getting a test that said either “pregnant” or “not pregnant” in the result window. (EPT?) My period is due today and so far nothing. I usually start in the morning. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone.

Okay, I have two kids. I took 5, yes you heard right 5 tests. Three said neg the fourth was a faint pos. So, I went to the pharmacy with all of them and said what the @$#^? They gave me a EPT and it came out positive. lol Weird I know. I was doing it correctly but they said the hormones get stronger if you wait a few days longer sometimes. Good thing I had a feeling because I would have had a surprise later. Best bet is to go to your doctor. And chill…. it is only a few days late. What ever you want good luck. By the way I used a three pack of first response first. A cheap brand for the 4th and EPT was the last.
