Is Pregnancy Without Pounds A Scam – Read This First
Is Pregnancy Without Pounds A Scam – READ THIS FIRST
Pregnancy Without Pounds Review
Pregnancy Without Pounds is an eBook by Michelle Moss that teaches pregnant women how to avoid unwanted pounds, how to eat right and perform exercises while pregnant. I’ve read couple of pregnancy eBooks and Pregnancy Without Pounds looks like the most established one because of it’s superior web design, consistent theme throughout all it’s media and it seems to have been on the top selling charts of Clickbank for a long time. Pregnancy Without Pounds comes in 4 parts. The first part is a 90 page eBook, the second part is a 17 page exercise manual with detailed photos and instructions on the exercise you can do during your pregnancy. The last 2 parts are Excel spreadsheets for keeping track of your exercise activity and weight gain.
Michelle Moss has 15 years of experience as a Health and Nutrition Coach, a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition, a Personal Training Certificate and a Psychology Degree. She knows what she is talking about and she writes in an easy to read and understand manner.
Table of Contents of Pregnancy Without Pounds
1. The Weighting Game
2. Hemorrhoids, Heartburn and the Other Joys of Pregnancy
3. X or Size
4. What’s the Scoop on Food?
5. Pregnancy Has a Glow – Let the Beauty In!
6. Labor of Love: The End of the Beginning
This eBook took me over an hour to complete because of the in depth content in this book. Michelle did a great job covering all the issues that a pregnant woman would have to face during her pregnancy.
In chapter 1, Michelle describes a few creative ways you can avoid feeling guilty about your weight gain. Once you know how much fat you should be putting on with the weight gain chart, you will know how much of your weight gain is normal and how much of it is excess fat. She also lets you get a rough idea on where you will be putting on weight for your body type and what to eat for your body type to stay healthy.
Most people think of pregnancy as a time in your life when you becoming uglier. Michelle lists the “Top 10 Physical Bonuses of Pregnancy” in chapter 2 to make all the pain and suffering sound like they are good trade for being pregnant. You should be able to get over most if not all of the issues listed in this chapter with the tips provided.
Chapter 3 is all about pregnancy exercises. There are a lot of useful tips on what to do, what not to do to ensure you get a good workout without harming yourself or your baby’s health. The problem with this chapter is it does not seem to have pictures. Then I found out all the pictures are in the 17 page exercise manual. This is quite a good idea because it is more convenient to refer to the exercise manual in a separate file instead of flipping the chapter 3. There 3 workouts you can choose from – Tired Mama, Moderate Mama and Fit Mama. Your choice of workout will depend on your fitness level and mood. Michelle does not expect you to follow a rigid workout plan so you will have the freedom to do as much or as little exercise you want.
You will learn what you should eat, what you must avoid and how to deal with your food cravings in chapter 4. I had no idea I only require a small amount of extra calories per day to support a health pregnancy. There is not excuse use your pregnancy as a chance to pig out and eat anything you want.
Michelle wants you to look and feel great during pregnancy. You will discover how to dress right for your body type and how to shop for pregnancy clothes in chapter 5. You may experience some physical problems during your pregnancy like pregnancy acne, dry skin, stretch marks, cellulite, sagging breasts and so on. Michelle does a good job on explaining how to deal with all the problems above.
The last chapter is about labor. This is a very short chapter and I find it very hard to make myself believe labor isn’t painful as Michelle is trying to tell us to let go of the idea that labor is a painful process.
Conclusion
Pregnancy Without Pounds is not about “how to get pregnant” or “how to lose your pregnancy weight” but more like “how to have a pleasant pregnancy and look great during pregnancy” guide. I highly recommend Pregnancy Without Pounds if you would like to learn how you can avoid putting on too much weight and stay beautiful during pregnancy.

HELP! develop a realistic nutrition and exercise plan to summarize in a 1,400- to 1,750-word paper.?
The plan should be plausible enough to be initiated within the next 30 days and continued throughout your life. Be sure to include the following:
•Identification of the health/nutrition problem targeted
•Four nutritional or physical exercise goals
•Actions taken to meet each goal
•Anticipated setbacks or difficulties, and methods to overcome them
•Outcomes by which to measure success
•Evidence of the plan’s effectiveness in addressing the identified problem or need
•Identification of potential health risks that may develop if the plan is not implemented
Your paper should also address how your plan may be adjusted to fit your changing nutritional needs as a result of age, pregnancy (if applicable), or changes in physical capabilities. Be sure to include information about physical activities, and how they may be altered to accommodate different seasons of the year and changes in age. Include all applicable references in APA format.
Finding the initial information for this really rests on exactly what kind of nutritional regimen you want to implement and what kind of exercise is realistic for you. Once you know these then its a matter of a littel online research. You can research various dietary modifications (such as increasing your intake of specific ingredient salads) and find documentation on others that have done so and what their results were.
Then you research the exercise plan you want to start finding information online from people who have been doing it for w hile and have documented their results.
once you have this information you will need to review others results and look for the specific information that would apply to your situation. If there or precautions you need to take in order to implement a certain nutrition strategy then write those down. Also do the same for the exercise plans.
Now make an honest inventory of any and everything in your life that would keep you from completely implementing the pla you have come up with.
If you do all this then you should have all the documentation and information you need to complete your assignment.

Being really hungry can definitely be a pregnancy symptom before a missed period! All the women in my family had this symptom and then missed their period. My mom said this is how she knew she was pregnant.
The thing is though, it can be PMS also. I get really hungry when I PMS. But since it seems like this isn’t a normal PMS symptom for you then it could possibly be a pregnancy symptom!

Is it okay to microwave your food during pregnancy esp. 1st trimester and to not cover it while microwaving?
Also is it okay to eat olives during pregnancy, a lot? And pistachios? I am 12 weeks first time and just want to do everything right…I keep hearing all these random things about things you shouldn’t do or eat.
I have never heard anything bad about microwaving your food while pregnant, and I have 2 kids and microwaved everything both pregnancies and have 2 perfectly “normal” kids! And I think Olives and Pistachios are fine too! But I know how nervous I was when I was pregnant the first time, so asking never hurts!

Your Diet During Pregnancy: Going Organic Without Breaking Your Budget
Switching to all-natural and organic products is one of the best decisions you can make for your diet during pregnancy. Unfortunately, switching to these products is often viewed as costly, difficult, or simply too much to handle at one time.
If you really are ready to make huge changes in your life as your pregnancy advances, you can take a step in the right direction by switching to these products over time. In this article, we present a strategy for going organic without going crazy—and without breaking the bank as well.
While high-quality foods and sound nutrition are important during pregnancy, avoiding stress is important too. You can implement these changes so that you aren’t feeling stressed or overwhelmed, thus getting the best of both worlds, so to speak, over the next nine months. The key is in taking baby steps toward your goal–because even the smallest step towards a healthy lifestyle is a step in the right direction.
Substitute Whole Foods for Processed Foods
Let’s start with the most basic change you can make: switching from processed foods to whole foods. Rather than eating lunch meat during pregnancy, you could switch to a protein source for lunch that is whole and all-natural. You might opt for a piece of organic grilled chicken, or wild salmon twice a week (it’s high in Omega-3 fatty acids, so it’s great for your developing baby).
For a vegetarian option, a handful of raw nuts or some nut butter are both excellent protein sources. Processed foods such as deli meat simply contain too many preservatives and fillers which can cause troubling side effects, such as too much weight gain, during pregnancy.
Try One New Organic Item per Week
When you do your weekly shopping, try substituting one organic item per trip to the store. The first week, you might elect to buy organic eggs rather than regular eggs. On the next trip, continue buying organic eggs, but add organic butter to your cart. By slowly introducing these changes, you can see the difference buying organic really makes to your weekly budget.
When your budget simply gets too tight to handle any more organic food purchases, then stop. What you are doing is finding your comfort zone. If you went out and purchased all organic and all-natural food products in one week, you might break your budget and decide that you can’t go organic at all. It’s not an all-or-nothing proposition, so find your comfort level and stick with it.
Shop at Your Local Farmer’s Market
You might be surprised at the bargains you can find at your local farmers’ market, especially on organic produce and dairy products. If you attend during the last hour or so of operation, you might find vendors willing to make a bulk sale–or at least slash prices–rather than pack their wares back up to take home.
Shopping at a farmers’ market also offers the benefit of allowing you to shop by season, which is usually cheaper than sticking to certain kinds of produce regardless of the time of year. Going to a farmers’ market is also great entertainment, and allows you to support local farmers. It’s a win-win situation–make sure to try it out.
Look Online for Great Bargains
On the opposite end of the spectrum from farmers’ markets are online shopping sites. You can order almost any kind of organic product online—and usually at a better price than your local grocery store can offer. Many people opt to purchase organic meats online and have them delivered regularly to their front door. It’s worth a try, and can save a lot of money and valuable time.

Exercise While Pregnant – Are You Doing This 1 Vital Pregnancy Exercise?
It doesn’t matter if you start exercising during your pregnancy when you’re 3 weeks or 36 weeks pregnant, the important thing is that you begin to exercise while pregnant as soon as you can.(It is vital that you check with your doctor to ensure that any exercise you undertake during your pregnancy is safe for both you and your baby!)
When I talk about exercising while pregnant, I’m not referring to high intensity cardio exercises, instead exercise during pregnancy is about simple, but effective exercises that will keep you fit throughout your pregnancy, delivery and post-partum recovery.
The single most important exercise for pregnancy you must begin to do today is the KEGEL.
What are Kegels and why are they the number 1 most important pregnancy exercise?
Kegels are contractions of the pelvic floor muscles. Kegels help keep your pelvic floor muscles TONED and TIGHT, meaning that you will have a more comfortable, stable pregnancy, easier birth and quicker recovery after you give birth. It is so vital to exercise your pelvic floor muscles because these are the muscles that support your baby’s weight during pregnancy, that help push your baby out during birth and that assist you in bladder control at all times.
Because your pelvic floor muscles will naturally weaken from the increasing weight of your baby during pregnancy, keeping them strong means that your will be LESS LIKELY to: tear your perineum during labour(the skin between the vagina and anus), or need an episiotomy (a surgical insicion made into the vagina) during delivery, develop hemorrhoids, or have urine leakage when you sneeze or cough. You will also be MORE likely to have an EASIER birth!
How do I ‘do’ Kegels?
Exercise the pelvic floor by standing upright, and imagine that you are contracting your vagina up towards your belly button (this is a Kegel). Vary your pelvic floor exercise by alternating between sort and long contractions. Kegels are definitely the most important pregnancy exercise, but an interesting thing I learned is that KEGELS are not the only pelvic floor strengthening exercise you need to do. It is a common misunderstanding that you ONLY focus on squeezing the inner muscles of your vagina, however, you also have to squeeze your anal muscle, better known as your “fart” muscle, to strengthen your pelvic floor. Appologies for the graphic nature of this description, but it is vitally important that you understand what Kegels are and why you should perform them.
To find out about the other vital pregnancy exercises that you should be doing to keep you fit for your pregnancy, delivery and post-pregnancy recovery, check out the exercise while pregnantPage at The Online Pregnancy Guide.

The root cause of diabetes during pregnancy is that the body of the mother is the sole supplier of glucose (sugar resulting from the digestion of food) for the baby. Diabetic Diet ….?
My cousin was on a Diabetic diet when she was pregnant, she just delivered the baby, and doesn’t have it anymore, its some sort of pregnancy thing, dunno, anyway… I was wondering what the diet was that you have to follow, because she looks great now! Please give me some tips on it if you know. I heard it is very healthy!
Okay i’ve been a diabetic since I was 5 and now i’m 14.The diabetic diet does work trust me i’m 14 and I only weigh 95 pounds! These rules may seem tough but diabetics don’t have a choice because our live depend on it.Basically this is with any diet in the world but one of the most important things is to exercise for 30 to 45 minutes a day!Very important you do that!Alright normal people eat usually 3 meals a day and a snack. But with the diabetic diet you eat 6 small meals a day.The way you figure out these small meals is by counting carbohydrates and eating low or no sugar foods. For me if I choose to eat a big meal it’s 65 carbs and snacks are 30 carbs. You should ask your doctor about a low carb diet and he/she will tell you how many carbs you yourself should have because everyone is different. Also before I got diabetes I always drank pepsi and I was a chunky kid.Ever since I started drinking diet sodas i’ve slimmed down alot and diet sodas aren’t as nasty as everyone says-diet coke with lime is amazingly good!I know i’ve already told you alot but if you want to know anything else or have questions you can email me or im me.

HCG Dieter Gourmet Cookbook Review
For all of you people out there who want to lose weight, reshape your body, and enjoy delicious gourmet meals, Tammy Skye is offering you a treat – the HCG Dieter Gourmet Cookbook – to add spice to your limited, repetitive, and boring food choices.
HCG or otherwise known as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is a hormone that is found naturally in the human body. Pregnant women produce high levels of this hormone, accounting for their nausea, a discomfort of pregnancy that is usually at its peak during the first trimester. For this reason, the presence of HCG in a urine sample for a home pregnancy test is a presumptive sign of pregnancy. This hormone is also used to treat fertility problems.
Recent studies that indicate that HCG may also be used as some kind of miracle treatment for losing weight paved the way for the birth of this ground-breaking gourmet cookbook.
The HCG Dieter Gourmet Cookbook offers a variety of alternatives to otherwise boring meal plans. It contains over two hundred recipes so that you can go through the diet and still enjoy tasteful and original meals. Oftentimes, because of their desire to be slender and healthy, people give up eating delicious and palatable foods. But with this cookbook, you can still enjoy eating mouth-watering chicken dishes, zesty beef, and fish and other seafood recipes without worrying about destroying your diet. The secret behind this is that the recipes are all sugar-free and fat-free. Also, they are tasty enough to not make you feel deprived of flavor.
The recipe includes phase three modifications, which means that they can be enjoyed even in the future as you try to maintain your slender and healthy body. It also includes a free phase three report that covers delicious bonus recipes, tips, and information on how to be successful on the phase three portion of the “weight loss cure”.

Thin and depressed, or fat and “happy” (Zoloft)?
I have been taking Zoloft (50 mg) everyday for the past 6 years. Except during my pregnancy, 3 years ago. In those 6 years I have gained 50 pounds! I have tried everything to prevent the weight gain and lose it, but to no prevail. I lead a moderately active lifestyle and eat healthy. I know it’s the medicine. I want to wean off, but am worried about the depression returning (as it did when I stopped before). I’ve tried welbutrin in the past which did not work for me. I want to be pill-free. Are there any tips, advice or similar experiences out there?
Try lexapro, I used to take zoloft and many other meds. Lexapro was the best one for me. Zoloft was actually the worst pill for me. At GNC you can also find a lot of herbal teas and medicines to help manage depression. I think after six years you can try to stop taking them if things go bad again you can always go back and take them. I mean dont you think depending on meds for the rest of your life is depressing? If you do get off the pill your weight might not even change.

What is the exact level of diabetes during pregnancy?
Hi I have 28 weeks pregnant and suffer from gestational diabetes, and last week I have followed closely my blood sugar in the blood after a special diet and regular exercise. And after all that my blood sugar was checked but sometimes it is sometimes 5m/mol its less than a required level which means 6.7m/mol (after meals). So I was wondering when it falls 7m/mol provided good or less is better?
Less is better, but it's not something you should also stress about the time that is less than 7 years. Stress can increase the sugar in the blood. Eat a healthy diet, daily exercise, and do not worry. You should be aware that many women who have had gestational diabetes develop type II diabetes later in life. You should also take into account that can be prevented. The most important thing you can do now is to learn all that can be a healthy environment rich in nutrients, calories, low in carbohydrates. Basically, this means that more raw organic fruits and vegetables and less artificial products that have been stripped of nutrients important. The nutrients that keep cells and organs. When cells get sick, that become resistant to insulin. It is when the pancreas produces too much insulin and glucose levels in the blood increases. This can cause several things to happen and that is why a high percentage of the population is not healthy. More information, search for the metabolic syndrome to see exactly what is happening in your body. Watch the video linked below, is revealing:

If Planned Parenthood is giving out faulty condoms, would they be advocating unplanned parenthood?
Consumer Reports has rated Planned Parenthood’s Honeydew condoms as poor in both reliability and strength. Their Assorted Colors condoms rated poor under strength. To be fair, their Lollypop condoms rate well.
People rely on those condoms as part of having safer sex – preventing disease and pregnancy. Why would a place like Planned Parenthood continue to give them out when they’ve gotten poor ratings? Does Planned Parenthood actually want more unplanned pregnancies? Or is the prevention of unplanned pregnancy being a cure for abortion just lip service?
But that’s just it. When condoms break, they’re NOT helping people prevent pregnancy. If you think you’re using a reliable form of protection, you’re being responsible. But it’s sabotage. Hand someone a GOOD condom, not one that has holes or is going to break. I have no issue with handing out condoms, just ones they know are faulty.
Whoa. I need to start paying for condoms instead of getting them from that place. No wonder they’re free..
Thanks for the heads up…
