Is it illegal to check for pregnancy when my job does my drug test?
I applied somewhere, and they need to do a drug test first before hiring me… is it illegal for them to test for pregnancy also?
Yes, assuming they could use the sample you gave them for both purposes, it would be illegal.
First, you have to consent to any medical test. If you consent to a drug test in order to get a job, but did not consent to a pregnancy test, no one has the right to do one.
Second, in every state I know of, it is illegal to discriminate in employment based on whether or not you are pregnant. Denying you a job based on a secret pregnancy test would be a very big no-no.

I have 22 weeks. pregnant and started experiencing very frequent heartburn every day. Of previous pregnancies, I'm sure
is only going to get worse. I can not find information to date. Use Zantac or Prilosec for pregnancy. All items are from 98 to 01 and say that these drugs may not be safe. I was wondering if anyone had different theories. I do not like taking drugs, even when not pregnant. But I do not think I can suffer even as I. in the past. Are there any ADHD medications that are safe to take during pregnancy?
I am a 18 year old female with severe AD who wonders if drugs that can be taken during pregnancy. Of course, not get pregnant for a while, but when the time comes, I at least know my options. I took Concerta for almost 10 years and have had great success with it, but (like most other drugs added) is classified by the FDA as a Class C drug, I'm afraid if I stop taking my medication during pregnancy, all other aspects of my life (work, relationships, mental health hehe) will collapse. However, if I continue to take during pregnancy, my son is birth defects, I'd probably still blame me. Are there safe options? Thanks!

Medication safe to take during pregnancy?
That gets rid of sinus drainage? Anything at all? All I’m taking now is Robitussin as a cough suppressant. But it isn’t really good for anything else.

There are no excuses for murder in this day & age. Mental health is a stupid excuse, my mental health suffers from it going on. If your life is physically in danger IE cancer r only excuse. If u face this, u know it can lead 2 pregnancy & take the morning after pill straight away, if u do not want 2 get pregnant. 2 stop conception from happening. I am peed off @ people claiming rape & u know they weren’t.

To protect a child being born ill & suffering! Doctors make mistakes, they r not Gods. + people can surprise u, its instinct to want to survive. Drugs after full gestation can take away pain.
I’m not 100% sure how you can go about this. Possibly go to your local courthouse and ask them there. I know when we decided to start sidewalk councling at our local Planned Parenthood we had to go to our local police office and find out our rights and things like how far we had to stand from the office doors. Look into your office and find a political prolife person and talk to them. Good luck and keep up the good fight for those who can’t fight for themselves!!!

You should talk to your doctor. The only category A drug that is Tylenol. Everything else is in category B or C, usually. I know I've been on 10 mg of Prozac while pregnant, children and my 8 month old and pretty well. There are some, but it is something that has to talk to your doctor. The blood test for drugs or alcohol during pregnancy?
I know, I know it's my fault. I quit smoking (good!), But not before I had my first appointment Dr.. and wanted to test my blood for drugs, alcohol or snuff. I said you can go to the lab every time, but I'm afraid. What if I get a positive result for Marijuanna (which is what I can get to the smoke)? I live in MO and I tried to research but could not find anything -. Not really needed that answers hard to know what I did, and stopped, not to conferences. I just need to know what will happen if caught. Oh, and I have 9 weeks. I really can not be used the excuse "I did not know since I'm 9 weeks. is not helpful for my morning sickness, which is horrible and lasts all day. Do not want to expose and take my children once the offer. I think I'll wait a week or two and go for blood tests. Other evidence they are right that I, too, if they are lucky to travel.

What can a pregnant woman to have the headache?
Tylenol is in my "safe list" of drugs OK to take during pregnancy, but I'm not taking the pill since I'm pregnant, you know? What are natural remedies? I thought I could be dehydrated drink plenty of water but I have to pee much more! Other suggestions?

Taking Prozac for the last month of pregnancy … anyone with experience?
I tried to leave. Everyone I talked to the doctor suggested against him. I called the Mother of risk a couple of times and say there is little concern, suggest that to remain. But I fear that the effects on the baby. There are risks of feeding and breathing problems during the first 48 hours. Anybody who has experience with this and how the baby?
I have no experience with it, but I am in dr thing.The same (my psychitrist told me he was prescribing to pregnant women for a long time and have not seen one of the bad things they say can come with him. Good luck, and I do not cause a problem!
