When did you start having to urinate a lot and always were dizziness early pregnancy?

I piss a lot around 10 weeks. I met I now awake all night and my bladder can hold much more in place to urinate every 15 minutes. I have 16 weeks. Dizziness / vertigo has become much worse 2 recent weeks. Even lost consciousness twice.
