Any good pregnancy journals out there that I can buy?
Something along the lines of tracking progress of pregnancy. I think it would be fun to do and have around as a keepsake.
Hopefully someone can tell me where I might find a good one.
There are two books that I like. What To Expect When You Are Expecting is a good one and they revise and update their additions regularly. Authors are Heidi Murkoff, Arlene Eisenberg and Sandee Hathaway. The other book is Pregnancy Sucks by Joanne Kimes. I found them both informative and humorous.

Can I prevent floppy post-baby belly? Also pilates/yoga DVD recomendations?
I’m only 7 wks since LMP, am prone to miscarriages, but hoping for the best. I’m in average shape, 135 lbs, 5’4″. before pregnancy I exercised everyday (jogging, yoga, pilates, biking, walking, kickboxing, circuits, weights..).
I’m not exceptionally vain, and am excited to have a baby after so much dissapointment, but lets face the truth: Nobody wants the dreaded post-baby belly. ANY WAY I CAN PREVENT IT? Any tips from previous mamas?
I intend to continue excersisng everyday: walking, non-prenatal yoga and pilates (in the 1st trimester with modifications, then switch to prenatal yoga and pilates).
Also looking for a prenatal pilates or yoga DVD that is good for women that did yoga/pilates pre-pregnancy? The ones I’ve seen are to touchy-feely.

Your belly is going to be squishy for a while after having the baby regardless of what exercise you do now. Think about it. It takes 40 weeks for it to get to where it does at the end of a pregnancy, so you have to expect that it’s going to take some time for it to bounce back to how it used to be. Exercises after you’ve had the baby can help to tighten up the skin and tissue across your abdomen, but exercising obsessively throughout the pregnancy isn’t going to prevent the squishy belly after you have the baby.

X-ray of the hand during pregnancy?
hey I'm 14.5 weeks pregnant and last night I broke my hand .. I have an X-ray and the people at the hospital told me I had the shield in front of my stomach, and the baby would be perfect! I am very worried about that .. my stomach was covered front of her, only had a lead shield that covers like a blanket to me .. my q is any other person who has already had an x-ray during pregnancy or while * S?
