I need advice about my plan for pregnancy?
I am currently in the process of counting to get all my shots became relevant. I have the intention make the following three months before trying to conceive, trying to conceive, and the salience of one. Take folic acid acid, multivitamins, calcium supplements and oil Fish 2. I will eat lots of fruits and vegetables, red meats, whole grains are adequately treated non-food and food waste reduction. 3. I will not consume alcohol, Caffin, seafood and sushi, peanuts, artificial sweeteners, or fish with high mercury levels. 4.I go for quiet walks to keep fit 5. I will listen to a variety good music: Baroque classical, jazz, rhythm & blues 6. I will practice relaxation and deep breathing 1x per week. I'll also have accupucture at least once.

How old is too old to have a healthy pregnancy naturally?
