Pregnancy Calendar Due Date

Pregnancy Due Date !!?

Well…my wife probably got pregnant on July 29 since her last period starter on July 15. I went to these due date calenders and they mentioned that her due date is probably April 21 and that she is 6 weeks pregnant !! how is that…her due date should be April 29 and she is now practically 3 weeks pregnant…..why the difference ? Is the online calendar right?

The best way to determine a due date is through an ultrasound. Have your wife see a doctor ASAP, they will determine the date of conception and due date based on the size of the embryo. Congrats, Dad!

Pregnancy Growth Chart Week Week

Could I be pregnant?

We have tried to conceive for over a year. In August, I laporoscophy (spelling, sorry) order to check my fertility. The doctor said my fallopian tubes, uterus, all went well, but I have endometriosis Stage 1. So he scraped and removed all of the endometrial growths and adhesions. We've been mapping my ovulation (a week and half ago) and we had sex two days before ovulation. Now, for about five days, I feel very nauseous all day, comes and goes, I'm sure smells are very sick, even I used to drink coffee every morning. I feel very dizzy and have headaches. I'm very tired hot flashes and have. What is wrong with me? Could I be pregnant? Could have symptoms so soon? The pregnancy symptoms?

Yes, you may be pregnant, and each one is different, you could have been symptoms of pregnancy now. but if you tried design Try to stay calm, because he only decrease if it is not. I suggest you wait until your next turn, if you arrive late, after verification. also no evidence of pregnancy, now I can say five days before the first missed period. I suggest using the first response is one of the smallest Exspensive sample but it's worth. get one of the first response that atleast two tests, you can not take more than five days before your period to take the right to test in the morning when you wake up. if not, do not be discouraged, not because it could still be early. So you wait until it's late period and then take test the following morning. (Taking the best test in the morning because their hormones are higher and you get a better chance of getting a good positive or negative.) if negative and your period has not yet arrived and that the symptoms continue to go to the doctor and request a blood test urine, sometimes simply will carry out a blood test. Good luck and I hope you are pregnant.

Pregnancy Due Date

pregnancy due date
What is my pregnancy due date?

My first date of Last Menstrual Period was 4th Nov 2009, and actual conception date is 26th Nov,2009, what is my Due date? Online my Due date is calculated to be 15th Aug 2010 and my doctor says last week of Aug/first week of Sept..Please help!! I need to know the exact due date?

due date goes by the first day of your LMP not your conception, it’s too hard to know everyones conception so the 40wks is figured out by your LMP as your ultrasounds and all else will be calculated by as well. This puts your due date at August 11th 2010 if you have 28day cycles. Your conception date being so far off from your LMP though suggests your cycles are off as most women ovulate 10-14days after the first day of their period. to ovulate and concieve so close to your next period is unusual. Having your cycle length differ can change your due date. Once you have an ultrasound at 18-20weeks they will adjust your due date if needed. If it is within a few days they leave it but off by a couple weeks it will be changed. At this point it doesn’t matter. Plus chances of the baby coming on it’s due date is rare. 5% of babies come on their due date, so knowing the exact due date doesn’t matter to much.

confused about my due date?

my doctor says i am at eleven and a half weeks. an online pregnancy due date calculator says i am almost thirteen weeks. which is right? my doctor used that little wheel thingy that is supposed to be incorrect sometimes.

Doctors are never certainly right about pregnancy the only way to tell is when you go for an ultrasound and then they can measure your baby and know for sure until then it’s just a guessing game as to when you caught and when your baby is due their is no for sure date to be given. Children will surprise you either way they will come too late or very early there are no guarantees.
hope this helps
good luck

Pregnancy Date Calculator Conception

Conception date confusing…?

I just found out that I am pregnant, by taking a home pregnancy test yesterday.
The conception date I calculating, from the online calculator, is a bit confusing.
My last period was short. It was Feb 11th- 13th of last month. After that I intercourse with my husband every day until the 19th, because I went out of town, and came back on the 28th of Feb. The conception calculator is telling me that I had my conception on the 25th
Of Feb. How is that possible, if I didn’t have sex from the 20th-28th.
Any help would be very much appreciated 
Thank You

Congratulations

Just make a doctors appointment and the doctor may refer you for an ultrasound to determine babies age.

I had three ultrasounds with my first child just to determine his age and he was still a week over due.

All in all you don’t really have to know the exact age of baby most due dates are just estimates.

Good luck and all the best with the pregnancy.

Medcalc Pregnancy Due Dates

how does 2 weeks mean 4 weeks?so confused?

pretty sure im pregnant and i know the day i would have concieved. i went on MedCalc pregnancy due date calculator to see when the due date is.

i dont have periods because they’re insanely horrible and painful so i take the pill back to back. however, my entire female family has gotten pregnant on the pill. so i have no idea when my last period would have been or when i ovulate.

when i found the conception date (april 11 09) it said i would be due jan 2 10 and i am 4 1/7 weeks in.

but its only been 2 weeks and 1 day since april 11 so how does that work?

then are my symptoms 2 week symptoms or 4 week symptoms?
(i have the worst heartburn and i can sleep for days. boobs are a little sore but definatly bigger. and lots of gas. (tmi sorry))
no one in my town takes my medical insurance (lame i know) so can i go to one of those womens centers to do the blood and stuff??

i recently have been going through the same situation and if you had intercourse on april 11 thats not the date of the actual conception… fertilization and implantation take about two weeks… so if you think that you are pregnant your hmp shouldnt come back positive yet your only in fertilization (if intercourse was the 11) if conception or implantation was on the 11 than you would have to had intercourse prior (about 6-11days at the very least) before april 11…

Pregnant or the flu?

I had unprotected sex on June 25 and June 20, according to an ovulation calculator ovulation was about the June 26 July I'm in seventh sense some strange symptoms that im thinking might be due to pregnancy. I felt dizzy, namely, the first time I wake up, I had a feeling of nausea, not vommiting again, as I've been experiencing some mild headaches and swelling and breast tenderness and fatigue. if I'm pregnant, in fact I would be 3-4 weeks. my period is due in about a week, but I usually feel this way before my period. views on whether or not pregnancy, or just an unusual period? and what are the most common symptoms are less than four weeks pregnancy?

Although Hun, the only way to really know to wait that long for your next cycle (period) or go get a test done. I hope you ready if you are pregnant. The Simple Way to Conceive Naturally and Get Pregnant Fast

Online Pregnancy Date Calculator

My Due Date?

Ok here is my story. The first day of my last period was June 16th 2007. Well I found out i was pregnant on July 20th. So when I found out I went online and did one of those due date calculator things. It gave me a due date of March 22, 2008. So then once I go to the doctors and get my first ultrasound, the doctors give me a due date of April 1st. When I went to get my anatomy scan at 18 weeks, the ultrasound tech gave me a due date of March 27th. I could understand the difference between the April 1st and March 27th since thats only like 5 days. but why would 40 weeks from my last pregnancy, march 22nd, and my due date from the doctors, april 1st, be off my like two weeks? just curious.

If you used your last period to estimate your due date on a calculator then it is easy for that estimate to be off. When using your last period, those calculators assume that you ovulated 14 days after the first day of your LMP (last menstrual period). Some women do ovulate on the 14th day, but it can vary widely from only a few days to months if the period is really irregular. The only way to be sure of a due date is to know what day you ovulated by tracking your basal body tempurature (BBT). Look it up at babycenter or pregnancy.org or something. The ultrasound can give you a better estimate of exact fetal age, but it’s better to have done very early as that is when the fetus changes most. At 18 weeks a fetus just looks like a small baby and the tech is estimating based on size.

Pregnancy Gestational Age Calculator

Are you awake?

I did this pregnancy calculator for conception, gestation and due dates, only to see what he said and me and my boyfriend and I had been TTC symptoms. That's what he said: First day of last menstrual cycle 25/11/2007 media: 28 years Estimated window of fertility: 12/05/2007 to 12/15/2007 Estimated Conception: 12/10/2007 Estimated Gestational: 2 weeks, 2 days Estimated due date: 09/01/2008 Baby Danced: 12 / 2, 7, 9 Therefore, my questions are: How is my Estimated Conception is in the middle of the window of my esteem fertility? Should I wait until 24 December to the test when I'm four weeks as calculated by the calculator? While Please give me your opinion. Thank you.

I suggested waiting until his term officially lost. If the test before that date, even if you are pregnant, the hCG in the urine could be the low enough so that they can appear as a negative or even lower results. (This happened to me) I tested early and showed neither …. positive or negative then, when we examined closely REAL, showed the least positive. So we went to the doctor for confirmation, but the urine test does the same. Dr. he had done a blood test and the levels of hCG in this way for a strong and positive. Good luck and God bless!

I took two pregnancy tests, both came out positive. Pregnant?

Ok, so here’s the story. I took a pregnancy test around lunch time three days ago. It was on the day I was supposed to start my period (28 days after my last). The test was very positive. It showed a positive within 20 seconds of placing the stick on a flat surface. About 6 hours later I took another test and that positive was even darker than the first.

Now it’s been three days and I’m so worried I’m going to have a chemical pregnancy or something of that sort. How likely is it that will happen? Is there any way to tell if it has? According to one of the pregnancy calculators online, i’m 4 weeks and 3 days. I’m just so stressed out. Can anyone offer any advice? My husband and I have really been wanting this baby and I’m so terrified it will not end well. Our hopes are already way up and I almost feel like it’s too good to be true. I would REALLY appreciate any advice or comments! Thanks!

my only advice would be to not depend on the internet for due date calculations and things of that nature, leave that up to your doctor. and chemical pregnancys dont occur too often so dont worry about that. stressing can also make the baby stress so just relax. congrats, and good luck with everything :)

The Early Signs Of Pregnancy

Pregnancy is the carrying of one or more embryos or fetuses by female mammals, including humans, inside their bodies. In a pregnancy, there can be multiple gestations (for example, in the case of twins, or triplets).

Human pregnancy is the most studied of all mammalian pregnancies. Human pregnancy lasts approximately 9 months between the time of the last menstrual cycle and childbirth (38 weeks from fertilisation). The medical term for a pregnant woman is genetalian, just as the medical term for the potential baby is embryo (early weeks) and then fetus (until birth).

A woman who is pregnant for the first time is known as a primigravida or gravida 1: a woman who has never been pregnant is known as a gravida 0; similarly, the terms para 0, para 1 and so on are used for the number of times a woman has given birth. In many societies medical and legal definitions, human pregnancy is somewhat arbitrarily divided into three trimester periods, as a means to simplify reference to the different stages of fetal development.

The first trimester period carries the highest risk of miscarriage (natural death of embryo or fetus). During the second trimester the development of the fetus can start to be monitored and diagnosed. The third trimester marks the beginning of viability, which means the fetus might survive if an early birth occurs. Before pregnancy begins, a female oocyte (egg) must join, by male spermatozoon in a process referred to in medicine as “fertilisation”, or commonly (though perhaps inaccurately) as “conception.” In most cases, this occurs through the act of sexual intercourse, in which a man ejaculates inside a woman, thus releasing his sperm.

Though pregnancy begins at implantation, it is often convenient to date from the first day of a woman’s last menstrual period. This is used to calculate the Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD). Traditionally (according to Naegele’s rule, which is used to calculate the estimated date of delivery, or EDD), a human pregnancy is considered to last approximately 40 weeks (280 days) from the last menstrual period (LMP), or 37 weeks (259 days) from the date of fertilization. However, a pregnancy is considered to have reached term between 37 and 43 weeks from the beginning of the last menstruation. Babies born before the 37 week mark are considered premature, while babies born after the 43 week mark are considered postmature.

According to Merck, the norm for human pregnancy is that it lasts 266 days from the date of fertilization. This is 38 weeks, or approximately 8 Gregorian months and 22.5 days, or 9.0 lunar months). Counting from the beginning of the woman’s last menstrual cycle, the norm is 40 weeks (the basis for Naegele’s rule).

According to the same reference, less than 10% of births occur on the due date, 50% of births are within a week of the due date, and almost 90% within two weeks. But it is not clear whether this refers to the due date calculated from an early sonograph or from the last menstruation (see further down). Though these are the averages, the actual length pregnancy depends on various factors. For example, the first pregnancy tends to last longer than subsequent pregnancies.

An accurate date of fertilization is important, because it is used in calculating the results of various prenatal tests (for example, in the triple test). A decision may be made to induce labour if a baby is perceived to be overdue. Due dates are only a rough estimate, and the process of accurately dating a pregnancy is complicated by the fact that not all women have 28 day menstrual cycles, or ovulate on the 14th day following their last menstrual period. Approximately 3.6% of all women deliver on the due date predicted by LMP, and 4.7% give birth on the day predicted by ultrasound. The beginning of pregnancy may be detected in a number of ways, including various pregnancy tests which detect hormones generated by the newly-formed placenta. Clinical blood and urine tests can detect pregnancy soon after implantation, which is as early as 6-8 days after fertilization.

Home pregnancy tests are personal urine tests, which normally cannot detect a pregnancy until at least 12-15 days after fertilization. Both clinical and home tests can only detect the state of pregnancy, and cannot detect its age. In the post-implantation phase, the blastocyst secretes a hormone named human chorionic gonadotropin which in turn, stimulates the corpus luteum in the woman’s ovary to continue producing progesterone. This acts to maintain the lining of the uterus so that the embryo will continue to be nourished.

The glands in the lining of the uterus will swell in response to the blastocyst, and capillaries will be stimulated to grow in that region. This allows the blastocyst to receive vital nutrients from the woman. Pregnancy tests detect the presence of human chorionic gonadotropin.

Anyone else confused about pregnancy dates prescribed by the doctor?

I conceived on July 7 and my last period was on June 21, was more or less lost because I was taking birth control, but any reguraly no way .. i my expirience what I think is implantation bleeding 18 July, my positive pregnancy test came from 26 and doctors say im due on April 5, 2010, but even if they have a schedule that gives me a good 40 weeks Pregnancy does not know all confused … any help is appriciated does my date of conception is good or what happened? If I count the 25 weeks the seventh im Doctors say the 26 MI and I think that among the confused Lol Thanks soooo 11-15 julio

The date that your doctor gives you is a guess. They are not so preoccupied with guessing the exact date you conceived. Just have to know when to give birth! Often start from the first day of last rules actually make you pregnant two weeks unless the number that passed in the doctors office, as conceived about 2 weeks after the first day of the last period .. Several times, also use the first scan to the "re-imagining" the due date depending on the size of the baby. So my question is: Why are we talking about exactly when you conceived? If you're worried, have your baby a week before or after you plan, and news Last minute! This could happen in any way! Haha, this is all speculation. Just enjoy the ride and not worry that your night of pleasure produced small miracle. (If it is a question of who is the father of the baby, you need to take a DNA test independent) Good luck mom!
