Could accidents in the home be a sign of labor in a dog?

My dog is pregnant and this will be his first and only range. It was the vet who says she is really healthy and maybe a week or two to do, but can perhaps earlier. This is obviously not a planned pregnancy. I did my research and helped a litter of puppies just for the "experience" so I know what to expect from my dog. One thing that has not been achieved if the accident was at home. My dog, one day for another, started having accidents in the house where ever. She has not eaten today I can say, except for a small dog biscuit this morning, where it seemed she really wanted. It is very hot here, so it was not the breath of the question for yourself with the cooler. The temperature was about 99.8 weeks past and still I have not taken today. Could be a sign of impending accidents? Thanks for any help.
