Is pcos symptoms just like pregnancy symptoms?

I have been feeling nauseous,throwing up,peeing more,breast bigger,nipples sore,dizzy an lightheaded,an some cramping,constipation for three weeks now can this be pcos witch I have or pregnancy.

I am kinda in the same boat. My PCOS makes my hormones go wacky all the time, and today I have been nauseated, kinda dizzy here and there, peeing alot, and CRABBY LoL. But I have had these symptoms before and it just be hormonal. I’m wishing and hoping tho. We’ve been TTC for 1.5 yrs and so far I’ve just lost an ovary and gained 35 lbs lol.
