During pregnancy it is normal to be a vegan?
Or basically good for your baby and you. I'm a vegetarian now, but when it comes for me to have children, I raise them as a vegetarian or vegan. I'm hoping to become a vegan community two years and perhaps even before having children. If you eat a healthy vegan diet, the baby will come out healthy?
I say no! Our body needs and the need for meat and the meat is very good for your unborn baby. And I think it is very unfair plan to educate your children as vegans or vegetarians. It is up is not healthy for them. You have to let them decide when they are older, they want to go that far to support animal rights. I know a girl who was strictly vegetarian during your pregnancy and your baby is born without a liver! The baby had to undergo a transplant immidietely liver after birth and continues to have health problems later in life. I hope you do not want to put your baby through this. Playing right choice when you become pregnant.
